When you book your treatment, please tell us about any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your choice of treatment.

There is a minimum of a one-hour booking policy.

There is a 100% cancellation charge for any treatment not canceled at least 24 hours before your appointment.

For group bookings that requires more than one therapist please get in touch to arrange a suitable time. 

For assisted stretching please wear gym clothes for ease of movement and comfort. Underwear must be worn at all times during massage appointments disposable underwear can be provided.
